I have a very well used pair of Sidi Crossfire boots which I have had put new soles on but by now the plastic is cracking. It might be time for a new pair. I had a look and the Sidis are around R 11k. Are there good alternatives which are not as expensive? What about Gaerne SG 12 or Alpinestars? Any input welcome. Cheers Lars
