What to do now - was I conned?

Bought myself a first bike ever last week - 2005 650GS with heated grips, ABS, aluminium topbox and panniers that has done 38000 km's (and was serviced by BMW Menlyn) for R47000.  Good deal, I thought! Had it registered yesterday and got confirmation that it was first registered on the system in 2005.

Took it to BMW agents today who said it looks good but (a) according to their system it is a 2001 model and (b) was Titan blue - it is now white!!

What now? ???
