What touring jacket

I want to buy a touring jacket that has enough pockets ; vents ; inner and waterproof with armor... This has been discussed numerous times but I cant decide. I have a cordura touring jacket but that thing was making sweat in winter in Nam.. I will be going to Moz soon and need something better.

I was looking at the BMW stuff but hey I cant afford to cut my wrists open on that price! Any recommendations?
