I bought a Shark helmet from a well known bike shop here in Durban. The first time that I used the helmet, I noticed that there was a problem with the air vent on the mouthpiece, took the helmet back to them to complain, which was three days later cos of the weekend ( bought on friday and took back on Tues Morning). Told them that they must either replace the helmet or refund my money to which they flat out refused and said that they will repair it. I called the shop at 1pm on tuesday and was told by the guy in the parts department that they were going to refund me, I subseqently bought another helmet. They then called me about an hour later and said they were not prepared to refund me. When I told they guy that I already bought another helmet because of what I was told, he denied it, spoke to the owner of the shop and got no joy as well. I will never support these people again.
I know have a repaired helmet that they sold to me as a new Helmet......
