Wheel bearing part nos and qty?

I have to replace the wheel bearings before the December trip.  It's a  2004 950 adv with around 37000 km and I guess still on oem factory wheel bearings.

I need the part numbers for SKF bearings with seals for front and rear wheels.
Front I have as 6096 2 RS ?  2 bearings
Rear ? No idea.

I'll get new spacers and dust seals from Katoom direct.
