Magic photo that! What does it sound like when you ride on snow / ice?

Depends on the snow conditions.

If it's cold and the snow firm, the track makes much noise.

If it's powdery and or wet, it's very quiet.

Also depends on factory or aftermarket exhaust and whether or not 2-smoke or 4-stroke.

I won't ride up north with loud exhaust, if I was a local, I wouldn't want to listen to a loud piped 2 or 4 stroke snowmobile.

Now lake racing, it wouldn't bother me to run loud exhaust.

I have not, although I'd like to if I ever get the chance to demo one.
