This Frenchman has rode his 125 from Duola Cameroon to Helmeringshausen and now on his way to Cape Town.
The story goes like this. He left Paris on a KTM 690, blew the engine in Cameroon, shipped the KTM back to France, bought the 125 and continued with his journey.

Road Hog, word daai Solitaire - Walvis pad ooit geskraap?
Ek het hom nou wel 4 jaar laas gery, maar dit smaak my hy raak net erger.
Toegegee - hy dra deesdae baie meer verkeer as in die verlede soos die Namibiese toerismesektor groei.

Hi Kaboef, ja dit word gereeld geskraap. Die probleem is al die sub-base is al weggeskraap en nou is dit die bedrock wat geskraap word. Dit is maar n gemors en sal so bly todat hulle weer die hele pad opvul en van voor af begin. Die buste en terroriste in die 4x4 kom dit nie regtig agter nie behalwe vir die corrugations. Die pad is rybaar, maar vat net baie konsentrasie en al jou tricks
. Enigeiets stadiger as 70 - 80km/h is regtig nie aangenaam nie. Daar is plekke waar die spore mekaar oorkruis en walle gravel vorm in jou ry lyn. Daar moet jy maar staan en deur druk. Die laaste 70km voor Walvis is al reeds opgebou en is n lieflike pad om te ry en jy kom baie gou op 120km/h plus. Moenie dat julle af sit nie, kom kuier maar gerus
