Where is the best place to buy a chain for a 650 Dakar??

I need to replace a chain on a Dakar, I know there have been posts before on where Dogs got good prices, I am also looking for a good second hand rear brake disc for the same bike, BMW has no stock in the country, and the 2 sources who sell second hand BM spares also dont have.
