Where to buy ?: Fabric Wire Harness tape

As the title of this thread suggests, where can one buy this stuff.

My 1150's wiring harnesses seem to have cracked protective sleeving all over the place. I have seen others comments about a similar problem too.

It looks ugly and leaves the wires exposed so I want to clean it up. I want the fabric stuff for another project as well. Its neat but also helps to prevent cable rattle against paneling or bodywork.
