Where to find Base for Backbones Tankbag?

I usually ride around with the base of my tank bag strapped to my bike... Unfortunately, the other day I happened to notice that some prat (to put it nicely) decided that they'd steal it off the bike. I don't know what use it would be to them but it obviously yields my tankbag useless...

Anyone know whether I could buy the base separately and if so where in CPT?
