Which adhesive

[DR BIG 750]

Trying to attach the plunger mounts to my glass windscreen in the van, a dashcam and gps. the rubber plungers always fall off when car in the sun. have tried a pratley 2 part and silicone but keeps popping off as well before it sets so cant mount units. Any recommendations for a glue to stick them down. the section where they fit also has that microdot sticker on the screen, advise welcomed
