I have a question?
How is repairs handled?
Before I get all upset and what not.... lets say 6 items needs to be replaced on a bike, you have 4 out of the 6 items as the others are on order. None of them are related, meaning, rim, forks, handlebars... you get my drift.
Now, do you:
A) wait until all the parts arrived and then start working on the bike
B) handle the parts that you have and then just fix the rest when the ordered parts arrive.
I'm in IT, so when a server needs to be replaced do I:
A) Wait until my change control window and load the machine with appropriate software and do setup
B) Load the server before hand and night of change control it takes me 20min to implant instead of 3 hours....
OBVIOUSLY B!!! As the impact is way less on the client.
Maybe I'm missing something, so if some one would care to explain it to me
