I no longer need this shock. I bought it for 6.5k and used it on my CRF250 Rally. It was a bit short so I built an extension which extended the shock length to the required length needed for my Rally. It worked well on the Rally. It was originally used on an XR650L.
It has rebound damping and preload adjustment. It does not have compression adjustment. As a guess, I think it's suitable for someone of about 100-115kg give or take on an XR650L. The XR actually has reasonable suspension so it's probably better to see if it will work on a KLR, XT or something like that.
Std shock length, eye to eye: 380mm (it is adjustable by about 10mm.
Length with the extension, eye to eye, 415mm

The fender is a Polisport and is for the Yamaha Tenere XT660Z. R500.00 for the fender.
