This might be a stupid question. A few years ago a BMW dealer told me that my fork boots infleunces the air flow to the radiator and this will make my bike(2001 Dakar) run hotter and that I should remove them. Is this true in any way?
It does get very hot on my legs when I ride, compared to my friends 2006 Dakar. But this might be due to the tank saddle bags..... Are the fork boots making my bike run hotter?
