Just asking, what is your experience at highway speeds with wind in your face? I've got a pretty good and tall screen, Z-technik, and at highway speeds it feels like my helmet is vibrating, albeit slightly. I tried to put my hand in front of my helmet to find out where the airflow is significant, and it seems that's at the top part of my helmet, almost like someone is tapping me on the head...so, if I could push the air a bit higher than it's going, I'd be in the clear possibly.
Funnily enough, you'd think that you can sort this out by raising the windshield, it doesn't work. Weirdly enough, the lowest setting for the WS is the most comfortable with the least amount of buffeting. Fluid dynamics is higher grade...
Thinking of fitting something like a laminar lip, the science makes sense - see attached pic. Of course, I'd try and make my own :laughing4:
