Anyway, while pimping my ride, I created some useful add-ons, and on request of some friends I had a couple of clones made of the extra items.
Was a bit of a mission and large time consumer to get some of these done, so I don’t know if I will be making any more. :-\
Yes, I did ask the mods permission to advertise these.
The Aux fuel tank took me lots of long nights, cutting cardboard, designing, learning CAD, seeing engineers, welders etc., etc., but it works real well, and I am glad to have the extra range.
It hooks up to the main tanks vent pipe, so it is emptied first. The tanks are powder coated silver, and has an aluminium cap, with breather hose.
Capacity is approx. 5,6 litres. At the moment I have 6 available. R2900 per tank.
Also made some basic Tail racks from aluminium. Powder coated black. R500
Also made a little storage bucket that fits below the front mudguard. Useful for some spares, or anything that you don’t need often.
I keep a very compressed (with ductape) front inner tube, some gators, patch kit, cable ties, and fuses in mine. R450
I stay in Pretoria east, but will ship as well, will get shipping prices on request.
