XR 400R electric start

I have a bit of a sweet spot for the Honda XR 400R. And I am a sucker for punishment. So here the story of my journey to buy a 2003 XR 400R with a blown engine and rebuild the motor with electric start. Here some pics of the bike when I bought it in April 2021 in Pietermaritzburg. The engine is wrapped in plastic because it had been opened to assess the damage and then loosely put back together.
