XR 650 carb overflowing, solution might be applicable to other bikes.

I have searched, if i missed, apologies for re-posting.

On my XR, when I kill the engine, the carbs start overflowing. Closing the fuel taps on the tank kills it immediatly. If I open the fuel tank tap after 5 min or so, it starts overflowing again. When I wait for an hour so, no issue when I open the tap.

I have cleaned the bowl, any ideas what else to do?
