Yo gentle people,
A work colleague of mine who rode his Jonway into the ground just bought a Tornado with a Stealth pipe and decent hand guards with only 1400km's on the dial for 25k which I think is a steal since they cost almost 40k new with no extras.
But the previous owner changed from the Metzler Enduro’s to knobblies at the 1000km service.
The new owner however will be commuting mostly and would prefer 50/50 tyres of sorts.
Being a Beemer oke and a Heidinau fan I'm not too sure what to suggest to him.
What should he look at and where in the Strydompark/Northcliff area should he go knock?
Front – 90/90 – 21
Rear – 120/80 – 18
Would one be able to fit a fatter rear?
PS. The knobblies currently on the bike are Bridgestones and have only done 400km's so if any one of you would like to buy them once he's changed over, please send me a PM.
