Well, I am starting to seriously consider not ever buying Yamaha again... Well, at least not if this is the kind of service I get.
Sorry ranting a bit.
I want to speak to a mechanic about some issues I have been having with my XT600... would literally take 2 minutes. So anyway, Lady at the service desk looks like she is already having a bad day. So she asks me if she can help, I tell her I just want to chat a mechanic, She takes one look out the window and goes. That bike is too old, we don't support those anymore.
Um... So what you are telling me is that if I wanted to ask about tire pressures or some arb fact, that I would not get help....
And no matter how much money I was willing to pay you would not even look at a bike that Yamaha produced...
Just a flat out refusal to help.
So I wanted to spend some $$$$ there but got so angry I just left.
