Argh! My Zip puller has failed on a BMW Boulder Jacket. Of course I then had to nurse the zip. But at a charity event the poor people borrowing the jacket stripped the already weakened zipper itself. I didn't want to wait for 4-6 weeks for repairs at BMW, so I took the jacke to my local dry cleaner. Wow. What a bad job. The new "Semi-Industrial" zip stripped the same day again. It was not a YKK.
Any better suggestions? Where do I go from here? Where do I get a YKK zip? Who to fix this?
