Zumo replaced by Avnic - One Problem

[Crop Sprang]

My zumo bombed on the first day of our trip in december
Tried all the usual stuff to get it going
Take battery out, etc
Nothing
Took it to Avnic
Got a replacement (including all the kit like bike bracket) couriered to me within two days
Great service

Only one problem
My maps will not unlock on the the new unit because (i suspect) they are linked to the old units serial number

Can anyone advise me on a fix ?
