As title suggests, Pete took a tumble yesterday while we were doing an outride at the Tankwa Bike Burn. Two bikes went off at same corner, the first went straight and Pete tried to make the turn which was closely followed by a cattle gate. Unfortunately he could not make the turn and he went down.
I think the first bike running wide threw him off track , but he can fill in the blanks. He suffered a bit of concussion and broke his collarbone . His bike has some damage but fixable. 990's do crash quite well,this is the second big crash I have witnessed on a 990 and both bikes look better than their riders.
Pete is in hospital now and I am awaiting feedback from him.
