I am putting together a Gas Gas 300 06 (spanish not a KTM), picked up a lemon a while back, do some work on it when time allows, have been sourcing parts. Was doing the clutch yesterday, assy according to parts manual, not much to it. There is a tab washer that holds the hub on. when I tighten up the nut the hub is binding to the basket. Surely its not a finger tight nut relying on the tab washer to keep it on, tab washer is a safety measure. Am I missing something here or cant see the wood for the trees....
