Ja, old bikes! Black ons is now over 125000kms and radiator sprung a leak that I โ€œfixed โ€œ with a bit off muti at Mooiriver. Then the white one decided that it is tired and wants to rest. Ignition packed up. Stripped, McGivered it and off we went!

I re-enacted my pose with one off the Lone men of Kaokoland in the Bushman cave. Nico climbed up on the other side and sat on a rock there! I joined him so we sat like โ€œ2 uile op โ€˜n kluitโ€.
We did not do the abseiling!๐Ÿ˜‚

Then on to the venue!
There we got our Chalet, I went off to greet my old friends and we met up with Ri in person for the first time. We mentioned the need to go look for a bolt for the one bike and @Ri said, I have! Sorted!
Ri got more tools and hardware on that machine than most work shops๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

I did not take photoโ€™s of the โ€œkuierโ€ but both Friday and Saturday night was great! Petri and team spoilt us rotten! Good company and plenty laughs were had. My conclusion is that we are a crazy crowd, but good sports! This was a good one as:
1) I did not get adopted by anybody this time around!๐Ÿ™ˆ
2) At last had some good chats with @Gerrard even though I thought he was going to die when we made him laugh!
3) It was nice to re-connect with my old friends and meet some new ones.
4)Pebbles and Dieseldawie dit not have to recover me. My bike ran like a dream and I kept all my thread on my back tyre till home.๐Ÿ‘

I took no photoโ€™s coming back, but we had a nice trip back. The to circle route at Golden Gate was great as always and the view stunning! We had great weather and nice lunch at the Amphitheatre Backpackers, back roads home and some great memories made!
Looking forward to the next one!

Guys
I think the Venue was nice (enough), what do you say?
IF another Stoot Stoot Bash is organized?
Talking Facilities, area, things to do, proximity to Town, etc etc
And accommodation
And the Camping Guys.....everything OK?
I feel Pricing was also reasonable (although this can be done cheaper in future.....but would need some Admin)
........ANY Comments welcome, actually "negatives", let's hear them and take it from there.
MY "Negatives" :

1) There was a Caravan with a bunch of Guys there, and I was under the impression that we had the whole place TO OURSELVES.
Not a Deal breaker, and I'm not trying to downplay anyone...but still.
2) We had STUNNING weather, but if it rains or gets chilly, that Lapa (MAY) be a tad small...or not?
3) Some Chalets are a tad far from the Lapa (maar eks n moerse luigat, must say)
....will think of other "negatives"
But ja, MANY MANY positives also here, I think a SUPER nice Venue for this kind of Event!!!!??
