Credit where it's due.
I went to Nexo/Highway Leather to have 2 BMW jackets altered/made smaller. Venting and Pure Xcursion.
Venting - make smaller around the waist and arms, and move the elbow guards to sit in the correct positions.
Pure XCursion, same as above, but I also hated the fluffy orange cuffs and asked them to replace it with black Cordura.

The cost depends on the work they have to do, in this case, it was R1200 for each.
I handed the jackets in on a Monday, and it was ready the next week Thursday and the results are perfect.
You cannot tell they have been worked on, other than the different cuffs of course. Both jackets fit great now.
They can also make jackets/pants bigger, add mesh for ventilation, etc. Highly recommended.
