Bike correcting itself while riding is going to feel seriously scary. It might make me lose control. I find it very unnerving to sit on a bike that doesn't move as I'm expecting it to, like when someone is tilting keeping it upright or pushing / pulling it.

On the plus side, this makes the food and beer problem very small. Almost non-existent, in fact.
