Yes, I am sure most bike shops can balance them. Trueing a wheel is a bit more difficult.

Dan is correct. Progressive springs work best for Dual Sport riding, while linear springs are more suitable for competition Enduro riding and Motocross bikes. I have both options in stock and you are welcome to contact me if you like.

That's sadly a common problem. It's most likely a cracked right hand side axle clamp. For some reason KTM decided to change the offset of the axle hole (and the triple clamps) on the later 990's slightly. That resulted in the wall thickness between axle hole and bottom compression adjuster...

I might be able to help you with the rims, but need some more info regarding width of the rims and number of spokes.
