Fork leg leak

Hi chaps,

A while back I had the forks serviced. one was found leaking at the lower end of the fork where the axle is located. This was repaired and lasted a while but has started leaking again....

Is it possible to replace just the bottom axle locater on the fork (the portion the caliper mount to iow)?

Any comments/suggestions welcome.
