Yip, we go to these bashes with the knowledge that you can fall and get hurt. So make sure you are covered by yourself. The costs to put a 24hr standby medical package in place is very high. It also gets anal and regulated and that's allot of crap. We ride for the freedom and take the risks...

MrBig, its all good. Yes I agree that the meds do not mask the symptoms but do mess with the blood tests. I have had lots of these tests done over the years. So if you want to take the meds, my advise would be to try them out here at home first and see how you react to the side effects if any...

MR Big I am not saying you should not take it. It is my opinion and that works for me. I have had too many scares and the initial blood tests have shown no conclusive results whilst on medication. Why do the medical companies then make a test and the special concoction of tabs if it is not a...

I travel in Africa quite allot, so my advise would be to take the recommended injections etc as you do not want to get sick and land up in the local hospitals. >:( The only thing you could decide on, is prophylactics (malaria medication).
