Who can supply and/or fit progressive fork springs for my 800GS, Somerset West or Cape Town area? I had Wilbers on my Dakar, they were great, so have a preference for them. But any others also considered.

I assumed it was a bird, since it sounded like it came from up a tree! I have a stream crossing my property, lots of frogs, but AFAIK no tree frogs here (Somerset-West, WC). Also, I've now listened to the call of a Painted Reed Frog, and it doesn't sound similar... Anyway, thanks for your help.

Thanks guys, as expected I would have to strip and recoat. I will have to postpone this for a while: 80k service coming up, chain & sprockets, clutch kit, etc. Also want to fit progressive springs, that front is just to soft.

My F800GS is 13 years old. It's still in very good condition, but points of rust are coming through the powder coating on the frame. Is there any way to treat this that doesn't involve a complete strip and re-coating? I tried painting NS1 Rust Buster over the coating, which seemed to work for...
