My F800GS is 13 years old. It's still in very good condition, but points of rust are coming through the powder coating on the frame. Is there any way to treat this that doesn't involve a complete strip and re-coating?
I tried painting NS1 Rust Buster over the coating, which seemed to work for a while, since it reacts with the points of rust and turns it blue-black, but the rust just came back.
Any ideas?
