Well after two long months of anticipation I'm flying to Cambodia for a two week adventure. Renting an XR 250 and hammock/guesthouses along the way. I've been wanting to do this trip for 7 years now and finally got the gap – can't wait!

Man what a monster ride! With those Leo Vince pipes this thing sounds like a Jo'burg donderstorm on a hot December arvie. And of course on the way to work an M3 gets all windgat at the traffic light. I just had to oblige and leave him in the dust  >:D

Well rode the prospective 950 and got a woody – 'nuff said, I made the offer. Now I have a silver Katoom in the pipeline and a pissed off brother...

Some good arguments here... all in favour of the 950. I drive a slow bakkie, can't ride a slow bike as well. So I'll wait for the right 950 deal.

Who has added handlebar raisers to their Dakar? The last set I tried a few years back didn't correspond with the ABS panel which go over the bolts. And if you had, who stocks them?
