What fuel is the best to use 95 or 93?

Guy's, this question has been raised many times, however after a few discussions and many beverages I am confused.
I ride a KTM 990 and I have always gone for the highest grade of fuel, 95 and try to use Shell. However a few people have said rather use 93 unleaded??
Which is the better one to go for??
