I've been using a Trialwing which is not bad but I would like to fit a pure offroad knobby on the rear, something tough that can handle rocks and hard pack with out shredding up/loosing knobs.

Back in the day I removed the "closing cable" of the two throttle cables on my then XR500. The reason for this was only because I have always liked a throttle to snap shut. I hate it when it doesn't return quickly and you have to close it especially if a big hit causes your right hand to come...
