This is sad news, sorry to hear about your loss. We attended the WD Bash in Keimond a while ago and headed up to Koffiebaai afterwards. We stayed in the Sugarloaf Backpackers and had no problems at all. They have good 24/7 security and nothing was stolen or went missing out of our tents or from our bikes. I was well pleased.

Beautiful part of the world but the stress associated with getting there is sometimes not worth it. The road from Umatata to Coffee bay needs extreme vigilance. There are always bad mischievous elements in rural areas. We stayed at Ocean view on the way to ECO and while the Hotel,and views were awesome I just cant seem to relax and unwind!

We stayed here at Xora for a few days. Most stunning place, but oh, those eyes.... they are everywhere  :eek7:

We first did a 9 province on bikes. Just had to take my family back to see this place, but what a dissapointment. Couldn't even do some fishing. the minute you walk forward to cast, you turn around and there are 3 havenots by your stuff. We eventually cut our holiday short and went home. The wife and kids refuse to go back to the TK ever again.
