My 2003 1150 GS with 92km on the clock , whine from fuel pump has increased dramatically (full , half or near empty tank ) on recent trip .
I want to change fuel filter and pump while I am going to do the job .
I know a lot has been written about these items but would like to just be clear .
Fuel Filter ... there seems to not be a direct equivalent from spares shops , so is it best to buy from BMW . Not sure about price.
Fuel Pump ...Would like to buy Bosch 0 580 314 068 as recommend on the site but two spare shops could not trace that number .Midas did have the generic recommended JJB B4M.
I am in Knysna , advise will be appreciated
