I have had my 1200GS for around 18 months now and done a little over 25000 km. The only thing that I am not completely happy with is the fuel range with the 20l fuel tank.
I go on pension in May next year and have dreams of touring Southern Africa (starting with Namibia) with no time constraints. This will be new to me as I have never ridden outside of South Africa.
Is the lack of range something to be concerned about and if so what can be done about it other than buying a GSA?
