1994 Suzuki Dr250s project

1994 DR250se electric start in excellent condition. Not starting due to burnt wiring issue.Stator has been rewind, new regulator, cdi in spec but cannot get it started.Motor has a new topend with 0 hours.New decals, paint etc.NO PAPERS as the previous owner did not register it as it was a farm bike. Lost interest in the project.
