2005 KLR650 Pannier Racks Wanted

Hi Guy's a friend of mine is needing pannier racks for soft luggage for his KLR, it is a '05 model. The young man is planning on doing Namibia, but being a student, funds are scarce. Anyone got racks at a reasonable cost.
