2009 KLR Front hub - SORTED

Hi Guys

Can anyone help with front hub for 09' KLR? Recently bought the bike and have just been going through it to check things over only to find these cracks....The inner ring from the speedo that slots into these grooves is also damaged a little. I'm guessing i cant ride it like this? HELP?
