Hi,
I have decided to replace my two front discs due to the fact that the rivets on one of them (left hand disc) has worn to a point where it is very noisy and I just do not have any faith in it's structural strength anylonger!
The right hand disc is still as tight as new...which in my mind points to a KTM / Brembo problem with their riveting on some of the discs. KTM and Brembo deny this so I'm left having to fork out good money to replace said discs.
I will not buy OEM as there is no guarantee that the rivets on a new pair will last. I found a supplier who makes these (non-floating) replacement discs (picture attached). If you were having to replace yours, which one would you chose, the wavy or the straight cut one?
Wayne.
