2015 BMW S1000XR tell me more?

Hi there dogs,

So I have developed this itch and found a 2015 BMW S1000XR, I currently have a 2015 Ducati Scrambler Icon before that I had a KTM 990 Adventure and Adventure S amongst others. I sold these as they were quite costly to commute with. I currently use the Ducati for my daily commute between Centurion and Pretoria, it is great for this purpose, but I am itching for something more exciting.

Tell me more about the BMW, how is it for commuting, what is the fuel consumption like and how expensive are the services and such?
