2017 Honda CRF 1000 l

Hi

I picked up a CRF 1000 with a bent subframe, damaged exhaust, right radiator shroud damaged and probably a damaged rim

Any advice or suggestions ?  Honda Cape Town quoted R224 000 to repair .  I own a number of bikes and intend to build a rally styled bike - any comments , suggestions.
