We arrive at a very quiet Piggs Peak Hotel

I send my wife a pic to let her know that we have arrived safely. She reckons she can smell the scene….. after seven days of sweat, rain, mud and bugs our kit has a pungent odour and I can’t wait to wash it at home.

Day 8

Next morning we head to Bulembu for a border crossing back into SA, but not before a puncture repair in a very hot and humid Bulembu.

One last coffee before we hit the tar back home from Bulenbu

Granted, you were not camping, but more people should take note of how little luggage and "stuff" one needs on an extended trip if you apply your mind to it.
Great to see the NOMAD duffel bags holding out after some serious use.
