Hi Dogs,
I brought in a sample of these a couple of months ago to run it through it's paces, and I gotta say I'm well impressed.
Specs as below:
Battery: 3 x 2000mAh
Pressure Range: 0 – 150PSI
Airflow: 15L/min
Continuous Working Time: 8-10 minutes
Total Working Time: 20 minutes
Charge Time: 5-6 Hours
Features:
Double Pump Air Flow
Modes: Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle, Sports
Auto Detects your current Tyre Pressure upon connection
Type C Charging Port and Cable
Type A Output Port (for use as a power bank)
LED Torch with additional Fast and Slow Flash Settings
It works like a dream, and tops up my 21"/17" tyres in minutes, meaning I'm always at the right pressure, on road and off.
Bonus features that it doubles as a power bank for charging up my other gizmos and as a flashlight for when I'm doing less than clever things in the dark.
The battery holds for days in offline mode (literally haven't been able to see any charge drop over the course of a week of non use). As for battery usage, I intentionally deflated both my tyres to pretty much empty, then pumped them back up to road pressure, and it used just 1 out of the 3 battery bars.
It weighs in at 410g, so won't add much to your wet weight, and may just save your bacon on a long ride.
Let me know if you're keen, because I sure as hell am (I've got one in my tail bag, and one in my car)
Cheers,
Rob
