The kit comes with a standalone switch and wiring, including an inline fuse.
Specs aside, this thing is flippen bright. It's more of a flood than a spot, so will light up everything in the immediate vicinity, but still throw a decent amount of light about 30m or so.
I use mine in conjunction with my LEDs spots, allowing them to take care of further afield, while this unit keeps my immediate area nicely lit. Great for on the road or off.
