Ek het die naweek die Country Trax kursus by Amersfoort gedoen. Jy kan nog nie behoorlik bike ry, as jy nog nie so kursus gedoen het nie. Al wat jy doen om jouself te leer, is om slegte gewoontes aan te leer wat jy dan sukkel om af te leer. As jy nog nie so 'n kursus gedoen het nie, sal ek jou aanraai om dit te doen... dit kan die verskil tussen lewe en dood wees.

...but had to pick up an 800 like 30 times, and I just came back from a broken wrist 3 weeks ago, dit was rof
