"A poor GS rider" that cannot afford proper ATGATT - that's the only explanation I could come up with.

Spotted this idiot riding around Somerset West, wearing chino longs, short sleeved shirt, dockside shoes, an urban backpack, and - wait for it - a cycling helmet!

Times must be tough if the down-payment on a GS prevents you from looking after your future. Then again, money never did guarantee any degree of sense...
