I live in an Estate, and have a PDF copy of the original approved plans.
The plans show that all my boundary walls are 1,8m high, which they are not.
The property is slightly sloped, so the walls are stepped, and vary between
1,6 and 1,9m. On two sections, I would like to raise the walls to about 2m to
give a bit more privacy. The neighbours are on board with that.
The question is, do I need plans for that, and if I do, will the neighbours also
since I assume their plans will show the same wall height.
I will do the work myself, and am tempted to just do it, but am wary about
possible issues when I or my neighbours sell.
Is this going to be a problem,or not ?
Thanks.
